This policy describes how Northbound Therapy collects, uses, and shares information from people who visit the site or submit the matching form.
Information we collect
When you submit the matching form, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone, ZIP code, insurance, care preferences, and the concerns or specialties you select. We use this information to route your inquiry to a therapist's intake coordinator and for no other purpose.
When you browse the site, we collect standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested) and use privacy-respecting analytics that don't require cookies or personally identify you.
How we use it
We use the matching-form data to follow up with you about your inquiry. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for marketing. We do not share it with parties other than the intake coordinator at the practice we've routed your inquiry to.
Your rights
You may request that we delete your inquiry data by emailing us at hello@northboundtherapy.example. State and federal regulations may give you additional rights depending on your location.
