About
I work with adults who feel like they're managing — at work, in relationships, on paper — and quietly aren't. Anxiety that runs in the background. Memories that surface at the wrong times. The slow burn of doing too much for too long.
My approach is collaborative and pragmatic. We'll start by understanding what's actually getting in your way, then choose tools that fit your nervous system and your week. I draw on CBT to interrupt patterns of thinking that aren't serving you, EMDR for trauma that lives in the body, and Internal Family Systems when there are parts of you that disagree with each other.
I've worked extensively with healthcare workers and first responders, and with adults navigating the realization that something from earlier in life is still shaping the present. Sessions are 50 minutes, weekly to start. I see clients in person in Manalapan and via telehealth across New Jersey.
