About
The early years of parenthood are quietly one of the largest identity transitions of an adult life. I work with people navigating it — including the parts that are not okay, the parts that are, and the parts no one talks about at the playground.
My practice focuses on perinatal mental health: anxiety and depression in pregnancy and postpartum, birth trauma, infertility and pregnancy loss, and the relationship strain that often arrives with a new baby. I also work with parents of older kids and with couples reorganizing around parenthood.
I'm bilingual in English and Spanish. My approach is warm and practical — CBT skills you can use at 3 a.m., room for the feelings underneath, and respect for the cultural context families bring with them. I see clients in Princeton and via telehealth in New Jersey.
