About
Most of the men I work with arrive with a version of the same sentence: 'I should be able to handle this.' Therapy is a place where you don't have to. We work on what's been carrying you and what you've been carrying — quietly, sometimes for decades.
My practice focuses on adult men navigating identity, relationships, fatherhood, anger, and substance use. I draw on psychodynamic work to understand patterns whose origins are out of view, and ACT and CBT to translate insight into action that fits your life.
I've worked with first responders, veterans, and men in high-stakes careers where vulnerability feels like a tactical liability. I'll meet you with respect for the systems you operate inside, and we'll find ways to make room for the rest of you. I see clients in Princeton and via telehealth in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
